What you can contact us about

• Removal requests: permanently deleting your stone or comment, or personal information about you that appears in someone else's stone or comment
• Unhiding: if you think your stone or comment was hidden by mistaken reports
• Account questions: deleting your account, changing the PIN of an account you received as a gift, or viewing your data
• Bug reports: if your care streak broke because of an outage, or something doesn't display properly
• Ideas and feedback: features you'd like, things that bother you, anything at all

To help us respond faster

• Include the stone name, the first few words of the wish, and the approximate date.
• For account questions, include your ID. Never send your PIN.
• For bugs, tell us your device (phone or PC) and browser, and attach a screenshot if you can.

Things you can do right away

• Remove your stone: My stones → Remove this stone
• Delete your comment: the delete button next to it
• Report a stone or comment: tap the stone and choose Report. It is hidden once several people report it.

Stones placed without an account are tied to your browser's cookie. If you clear it, the stone can't be found again, and the operator can't restore it either. Sign up if you want to keep a stone for the long run.
