Wishing Stone Cairn (the "Service") is designed to work without sign-up, so we collect only what we need. Below is what we collect, why, and for how long.

We do not collect names, phone numbers or email addresses. Please don't write them in wishes or comments; the operator may hide them if found.

2. Information shared with third parties

3. How long we keep it

4. Deleting your data and your rights

5. Children under 14

Children under 14 need the consent of a parent or legal guardian to sign up. Accounts found to have been created without consent will be deleted.

6. Security

PINs are stored with a one-way hash, and only the operator has server access. The PIN of a gift-stone account is kept so the giver can look it up again; recipients can ask the operator to change it after logging in.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date.

Terms of Service

Effective 2026-11-04

1. The Service

Wishing Stone Cairn lets you place a stone carrying a wish on a shared cairn and build a care streak by wiping its moss every day. It is free and you can stop using it at any time.

2. Please don't

Violations may lead to stones or comments being hidden or removed without notice, and repeated violations may lead to blocked access.

3. Reports and hiding

Anyone can report a stone or comment. Once five different users report it, it is hidden automatically; the operator then reviews it and restores or removes it. If you think something was hidden by mistake, please contact us.

4. Your stones and account

5. Stones placed by the operator and AI comments

So the cairn doesn't look empty, there are wish stones and comments prepared in advance by the operator. New stones may also receive encouraging comments written by Google Gemini, posted under the names of operator-created stones. These were not written by real users and do not guarantee that any wish will come true.

6. Limitation of liability

7. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will post them on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
